Cancellation Policy
1. Course Cancellation Notice Period - Clients must provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel a course without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a "late cancellation." Late Cancellations and No-Shows - Courses cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled time, or if the client does not show up, will be charged in full. 2. Rescheduling Courses Advance Notice - To reschedule a course, please contact us via email (community@sencha-house.com) at least 24 hours before your scheduled course time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on the availability. Late Rescheduling - If a course is rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, it will be treated as a late cancellation and will be charged in full. 3. Sencha House Cancellations If Sencha House needs to cancel a course for any reason, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule the course at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund for the cancelled course will be provided. 4.
